Plant Medicine Winter Solstice Celebration

With the longest night of the year, we’ll gather in community through both celebration and exploration into how we can best be supported through the sacred night of Winter Solstice.

During the light of the day, we’ll dive into how plant medicine can support us through this dark time of year. With themes of rest, nervous system support, turning in towards our innermost selves, flower essences and embodied wisdom, you’ll become acquainted with tools and your deep selves in a way that will invite rest and personal intention. Through a guided meditation, you’ll journey inwards and discover places that need tending, shedding, transformation and release. With acceptance and intention, we’ll transform and invite in change through an afternoon campfire experience.

Everyone will make and bring home a personalized flower essence blend to support this transformation, focusing on emotional and spiritual support and growth.
